For this landmark anniversary, the fire department in Birsfelden will be celebrating with an exhibition of all kinds of fire engines, oil fire, and Rhein rescue boats, the large fire boats, and the REGA helicopter. There will be live concerts, children’s attractions, operational demonstrations by the model fire department, guided tours, a photo corner, souvenir stand, extensive catering options, vehicle parade through Birsfelden, and much more.
The three festival sites in the town center, at the fire station, and on Kraftwerk Island will be connected with free shuttle service.
Admission is free.
