Again this summer, the community of Allschwil is offering free exercise classes in one of their parks.
What feels like a Latino party is actually endurance training that skilfully combines dance and fitness. Light dance steps and intuitive movements to Latin American music will make you forget all the effort. Can't dance? Doesn’t matter. After all, having fun and enjoying the movement are important in Latin dance. Experienced instructors from the Van der Merwe Center look forward to teaching you these moves in the light of the evening sun at Wegmattenpark. You can come or go as you please. No registration required.
Participation is free but there will be a piggy bank available for much appreciated contributions for each coach.
