Atenea Quartet is a young Catalan string quartet moved by a deep passion and love for the string quartet repertoire. Despite their short trajectory, the group has already participated in various renowned international festivals and concert halls, including the Lucerne Festival, Kammermusik Basel, Wigmore Hall, the second Barcelona String Quartet Biennale, the Schubertiada in Vilabertran, the Palau de la Música Catalana, and the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence, among others.
In this evening, they will be playing works by Joseph Haydn, Dmitri Shostakovich, and Franz Schubert in the Hans Huber-Saal of the Stadtcasino Basel.
Tickets are CHF 38-68 for adults, CHF 28-58 for students under 30, and CHF 5 for youths under 20.
