In their autumn session concerts in their event room, the Markthalle Basel presents indie music from a broad range of genres. From Americana, neo folk, and acoustic rock to jazz and experimental pop, they offer a platform in particular for artists from the region. International insider tips and up-and-coming Swiss bands also find a stage here.
On this evening, the London band Lotti Lotti will be playing. Lotti Lotti is playful—sometimes a singer-songwriter, sometimes a drag queen, sometimes provocative and loud, sometimes shy and fragile and sometimes none of the above or all of the above. The songs about skirts, masculinity, self-hatred, colorful flowers, and fireflies invite you to sit back and listen, feel, and dance with childlike curiosity. Listen on mx3, Spotify, and YouTube.
