Signs of life from Liverpool—Baba Shrimps are back from the dead! For a long time, it seemed quiet around the Zürich band, but now there is a surprising sign of life from England and they will ring in a new chapter with their new single "Ruby." In recent months, Baba Shrimps have been conspicuous by their absence when it comes to singles. But the three have reunited in the north of England.
While the band is settling down in Liverpool for a longer period of time after a turning point, things are obviously starting to move. In the now released debut single, it becomes clear where the band has spent its time outside of the legendary Motor Museum music studio and why: the good coffee seems to be just an excuse for a long stay in a coffee shop on Brick Lane. Barista "Ruby" gets the three musicians' hearts beating again and gives their creativity wings. Love often comes unexpectedly—what if it strikes at first sight during a chance encounter? With its lightness and optimism, the new song shows how wonderful love can be.
