The "Opening Night" of this year's Baloise Session will feature the pop super stars Take That, but the festival will be opened by Swiss-Brazilian singer Marc Sway.
With worldwide hits, Take That has been a prominent feature of the pop world for several decades. More than 45 million albums sold and billions of streams bear witness to their popularity. And it shows no signs of diminishing: For their current tour "This Life on Tour" they sold more than 500,000 tickets within the first few weeks! They fill arenas like the Wembley Stadium or the O2 Arena with ease. At the Baloise Session, Take That will perform in the intimate, atmospheric club-like setting by candlelight—what a happening!
With his warm timbre and positive energy, Marc Sway sets the mood for the British superstars. Growing up with music, he started his career in a gospel choir, following which his hits took him to the top of the charts and Switzerland’s largest concert stages. Today he is among the most high-profile pop stars in Switzerland.
