After a two-year pandemic break, the fabulous Baloise Session is back! At these concerts, you can listen to your favorite stars in an intimate and unique New York-style club setting with round tables, candlelight, and even a drink in hand. The Baloise Sessions are also unique in that all concerts are double headers, with two main performers who have something in common—be it a similar style, history, geographical background, or some other link or shared characteristic that is often surprising.
This evening—entitled “Roads of Rock”—features a never-ending journey into the heartland of music. They are on the road, travelling the infinitely-branching roads of southern-states rock—The BossHoss from Berlin and the Tedeschi Trucks Band, based in Jacksonville, Florida.
With Stetsons and cowboy boots, the BossHoss make a powerful impression, both musically and visually. With their pop-funk, spectacularly arranged country-rock sound, they bring any audience to its feet with a bang.
For the opening concert of the evening, the audience will experience musical alchemy at its finest, conjured up by standout guitarist Derek Trucks and his wife Susan Tedeschi. Since they formed their big-format band in 2010, they have been taking their audiences on boundless musical journeys of adventure.
Tickets are CHF 80-120.
