After living in Switzerland for 11 years and experiencing countless musical adventures, the French and Swiss sousaphonist Victor Hege is starting a new chapter. Talented musicians he knows from previous projects are gathered in this new explosive combo, Belinda Bones. With the cast alone, Belinda Bones frees themselves from cliché and tradition. Four trombones, saxophones, two drummers, keyboard, and sousaphone create a unique sound. The compositions range from Afrogroove and jazz ballads to punk rock. Through complex arrangements, the band constantly juggles beautiful saxophone melodies, powerful chorales and trombone chords, and a grooving rhythm section. This offers the audience a varied musical journey.
