Since 2006, Joan Chamorro has been teaching young people between the ages of 6 and 21 the joy of playing music and creativity with his extraordinary teaching concept, spurring them on to top performances. As the Sant Andreu Jazz Band, they bring light-footed swinging jazz and Latin to the stage with enthusiasm and passion and have long since made a name for themselves internationally. On this Saturday night, they will bring all their skills from Barcelona to provide a “Bluesy Evening” at the Blues Festival Basel. This concert will take place in cooperation with the Offbeat Jazzfestival 2025—look forward to grooving big band blues full of youthful vigor!
