In the late 2000s, the three classically trained musicians Brandt, Brauer, and Frick began to combine the minimalist spirit of electronic dance music with the soundscape of contemporary music to create club avant-garde. Fascinated by this unique approach, Pitchfork magazine labelled them "Kraftwerk in reverse." At times, the trio mutated into a 10-piece ensemble, then again they collaborated with guests such as Jamie Lidell or, most recently, Mykki Blanco and released their own DJ Kicks issue. At their first Basel appearance, the trio will present their album “Multi Faith Prayer Room,” released in 2023.
