Chamber Orchestra of the Neue Philharmonie Hamburg
The Neue Philharmonie Hamburg orchestra was founded in 2001 by freelance professional musicians from all over the world. Since then, the orchestra has established itself and maintained a leading position in the North German music scene. It sees itself as a dynamic orchestra that can be expanded from smaller ensembles for chamber orchestras to a large symphony orchestra with choir. The heart of the orchestra, however, has always been the chamber orchestra, which has hardly changed since its foundation and is very well coordinated. With numerous guest appearances in Spain, France, Italy and South Korea, it has acquired a large circle of friends among listeners. The orchestra's concertmaster, Tigran Mikaelyan, is in charge of the musical direction.
On this evening, they will be playing Antonio Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons,” as well as works by Wolfgang A. Mozart, Antonín Dvořák, Komitas, and Johannes Brahms.
Tickets are CHF 51.40 for adults and CHF 36.10 for children, students, and people who are unemployed.
