Children’s Theater — Die Zeitmaschine (The Time Machine)

You enter the year 1871 and find yourself in Verona-Town, a small town in the middle of the Wild West. The story begins in the noisiest place—in the saloon! July and Romero have sworn eternal love, but cannot live their happiness because their two families, the Capulet family and the Montague family, have been at odds for years. But when Professor Thadeus enters the saloon one day, everything takes a turn. He invented a time machine and offers his humanitarian service to travel back in time and straighten things out. A journey into the unknown begins.
“The Time Machine” is both a western and a science fiction story and uses the motif of Romeo and Juliet after William Shakespeare. The story is rich in humor and entertainment, but the depth is not neglected either! The play is performed in Swiss dialect and is suitable for families with kids starting at age 4.
Tickets are CHF 23 for adults and CHF 18 for children (CHF 5 reduction with Familienpass).
