In this concert, the two musicians will take visitors on a fictitious trip to the hotspots of California and let them experience the diversity of this fascinating state up close. Live songs from the musical genres of country, blues, and rock 'n' roll are framed by beautiful pictures and personal stories—from the Golden Gate Bridge to picturesque coastal roads, vibrant cities, the Napa Valley, and the fascinating Yosemite National Park.
Chris Regez has been "on the road" as a musician for 36 years. He has now given around 850 concerts and released 10 CDs, including five that he recorded in Nashville. Guitar Mike can also look back on a long music career. With their band they have played several times at the Trucker and Country Festival Interlaken, at the Country Music Festival Albisgütli Zurich, at the Hard Rock Hotel Davos, and at the TCS motorcycle blessing in Bremgarten.
California has never been so close! Chris Regez & Guitar Mike bring a touch of California to the Schützenkeller Rheinfelden. Visitors can look forward to an unforgettable evening full of inspiring stories, impressive photos, and cool music. Admission and bar service begin half an hour before the start of the performance.
You can also enjoy a themed dinner before the concert at Restaurant Schützen from 18:00. With burgers with chips and coleslaw, you'll feel like you're in the middle of California.
Cost is CHF 20 for regular tickets and CHF 10 reduced price.
