The Sinfonieorchester Basel invites music lovers to the annual Christmas concert in aid of “BaZ hilft.” Since 1977, the foundation has been supporting people in need in northwestern Switzerland with charity events and donations. The foundation receives its funds from donations by readers of the Basler Zeitung (BaZ) and from the proceeds of the Christmas concert. Members of the OperAvenir opera studio and the Girls' Choir Basel will perform a colorful mix of Christmas and festive music classics. Heavenly sounds and the traditional decorations in the Stadtcasino Basel ensure a magical Christmas atmosphere!
Tickets are CHF 30-55 for adults and half price for students.
