Two years ago, the Machine de Cirque company was met with great success with a show that was sold out several months in advance. The Quebec company returns this year for an even more breathtaking and touching creation.
Full of breathtaking acrobatics, the scenes unfold in a cinematic way, carried by lighting and music. On the program are the most dizzying feats: trapeze, tightrope, swinging board, Chinese pole, and pendulum pole, but also acrobatic lifts and hand-to-hand.
Kintsugi is the Japanese art of sublimating imperfections by repairing broken porcelain with gold. Between laughter and emotion, the show reveals the beauty born from the scars of life, those of the eight artists on stage.
