During the magical period between Christmas and New Year, this new festival called “Classic Stars A Capella” will bring heartwarming a capella singing to Basel for three days to enchant your soul during the longest evenings of the year. On each day there will be two or more sets of music.
In this concert, the Tenebrae Choir, under the direction of award-wining conductor Nigel Short, will be singing pieces from the English masters of the Renaissance to the great choral compositions of the present day.
Tickets are CHF 29-59 for adults and half price for students and youths up to age 18. Day tickets that include the other concerts on this day are also available.
