Haiti-born comedian TJ (Tanael Joachim), who is currently based in New York City, is heading to Europe with his 3rd hour of standup. Bringing his signature wit and conversational delivery on stage, he tackles his immigration journey in the United States, death, grief, and identity. TJ has a very laid back, smooth, and conversational style. He jokes about race, society’s idiosyncrasies, and the inherent contrast between life in Haiti and America. He regularly performs all the main clubs in New York City; has opened for Janelle James, Colin Quinn, and Sean Patton; has been a featured performer at the “Netflix Is A Joke Fest;” has performed at several comedy festivals; and is an op-ed contributor for The New York Times.
