Skinshape presents music between dream and reality, psychedelic yet as light as a summer's day. Skinshape is the studio project of British musician and producer William Dorey that was born out of a love for early music and its sound. The sound has its roots in many genres, but especially in 1960s and 1970s funk, reggae, library music, psychedelic rock, African music, and folk. Dorey was also a founding member of the band Palace (2014-2017) and has run his own reggae record label, Horus Records, since 2014. The five-piece live band will perform both new and old Skinshape material. After a sold-out concert at Dynamo Zürich, the musician is now returning to Switzerland, to play for one night at the Kuppel; doors open at 19:30.
