Daniel Palmizio has established himself as one of today's most highly regarded young violists with a string of competition successes and an extensive concert experience. Dutch pianist Nicolas van Poucke has been lauded as “a true poetic musician" by De Volkskrant after a recent performance.
On this evening, the two young musicians will play concertos for viola and piano by Robert Schumann (“Fairy Tale Pictures,” op.113 for viola and piano), Paul Hindemith (Sonata 1939 for viola and piano), and Franz Schubert (Sonata “Arpeggione” D821 for viola and piano).
Tickets are CHF 45 for adults and CHF 22.50 for students.
