With a steadily growing fanbase, the 23-year-old singer and songwriter Eileen Alister, born and raised in Zürich, is becoming one of the most promising new names in the emerging music scene. Alister first gained attention with the house collaboration “Voices” and the collab “I Want…” with Benjamin Amaru. However, it was the release of her song “Lifetime Lover” in January 2024 that truly defined her artistic style and marked a significant breakthrough. Since then, the young artist’s career has been on a steep upward trajectory. At age 13, she started posting covers on social media, and her passion for songwriting emerged early—she wrote her first original song at age 8. A cover of Billie Eilish caught the attention of Ddp, label owner of Physical Shock, who signed her shortly after. In 2023, she began working with producer ZID and has since been releasing music independently, without the support of a label. Often written in the solitude of her childhood bedroom, her songs intimately reflect her own experiences and emotions. Her first festival season in 2024 was a remarkable success, with performances at the Zürich Open Air and the Gurtenfestival. After that, Alister took her musical journey international. Her first overseas show took place in Manchester, followed by a tour supporting Bea and Her Business in Germany and Amsterdam in October. In December 2024, Alister reached another milestone: her first headline show in Zürich sold out, as did her London headline show in April 2025.
With her highly anticipated debut, Alister is stepping into the next chapter of her career—her first major European tour. Her determination and authentic songwriting make one thing clear: Alister is exactly where she belongs, and her journey in the music industry is only just beginning.
