Saxophones, trumpets, trombones, and rhythm section—why do you need so many different instruments to make music? Together with the audience, the big band embarks on a special journey through jazz history for young and old. Not only does it explore the most diverse sounds of such an extraordinary cast, but also shows how instruments can communicate with each other and with the audience. Musicians include students from the pedagogy course at the Jazzcampus Basel.
