Florian Fox & Fox Band

Alts Schlachthuus, Laufen
Saturday, 04 February

He’s a lawyer by day and singer by night. After his great concert in April 2022 and at the request of almost all visitors, Florian Fox and his band will be back for another performance in Laufen.
At the age of 15, Florian Roth founded what was then the youngest country rockabilly band in Switzerland, "The Black Barons." With the band, he won newcomer awards and opened for acts like Johnny Reid, Lorrie Morgan, and many others. In the middle of the corona pandemic, he ventured to Nashville under a special visa as a new solo artist with the stage name Florian Fox. There he was taken under the wing of renowned country musician and producer Chuck Mead (BR5-49). Thanks to Mead, Fox not only got to know musicians who performed with Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley, but also hired them for his studio recordings. His first U.S. album "Made in U.S.A." was released in May 2022. It is a particular honor to be able to present Florian Fox and his band again in Laufen. He will be accompanied by Rich Harpur (electric guitar, backing vocals), Nicolas Adam (double bass), and Kaspar Hafner (drums).
Tickets are CHF 50.
