The 41st edition of this fair about everything organic (food, wine, clothing, etc.) will take place at the Parc des Expositions near Colmar in Alsace, France. This year’s edition will include more than 400 exhibitors in the fields of agriculture, food, health, housing, energy, environment, education, well-being, culture and relationships are represented. A place for meetings, exchanges and discoveries, the fair is not only intended to be a large market but also an interactive platform, a true popular university! Additionally, restaurants and entertainment will be available until midnight on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
