The 40th edition of this fair about everything organic (food, wine, clothing, etc.) will take place at the Parc des Expositions near Colmar in Alsace, France. This year's edition will be a collaboration spread over several halls, encompassing agriculture, entertainment, environment, gardening, health, lectures, music, tastings, and workshops for young and old.
