This year again, the Fondation Beyeler’s beloved Summer Party offers a diverse day and evening program, providing entertainment for both children and adults. During the day, guided tours will provide opportunities to explore the current exhibition «Mondrian Evolution» and the collection display «Passages – Landscape, Figure and Abstraction». In the park and in the nearby Kunst Raum Riehen, various activities will be organized around the themes of color, sound, and composition, among them an Open Studio entitled «Soundlabor» and various workshops in which to construct a mobile or experiment with the primary colours red, blue and yellow.
In the evening, visitors will be treated to a concert by Brazilian singer, songwriter and pianist Dillon in the Fondation Beyeler’s idyllic park. New York band Hercules and Love Affair will then set the mood to festive with their mix of electro, indie and dance music. The event is presented in collaboration with the Kulturbüro Riehen, the Kunst Raum Riehen and the MUKS Museum Kultur & Spiel Riehen.
Access to the park is free, admission to the museum is CHF 10 for adults on this day; no registration is required.
