With over 2,000 shows in 35 countries and more than 10 million albums sold, Gregorian are the most successful choir in the world. In 2025, Gregorian will celebrate their 25th anniversary, which the exceptional singers are honoring with a new tour that will look back at some of the highlights from around 20 productions that Gregorian have performed over the past 25 years. Frank Peterson first implemented the idea with Michael Cretu and the global sound phenomenon Enigma. The first album "MCMXC aD" was released in 1990 and became a worldwide success after a short time. "MCMXC aD" was number 1 in 41 different countries and received 57 platinum and 45 gold awards. It is considered the most successful German album of all time. This gigantic success paved the way for the idea to take Gregorian a step further and establish it as an independent music act. In 1999, when production of the first album "Masters of Chant" began, Peterson built seamlessly on the success of Enigma.
