For four days, the seventh Hear & Now Festival in Liestal offers hand-picked concerts with special sonic moments at various locations. Seating is strictly limited to 50 people per concert, so secure your tickets early and experience exquisite music in unique venues.
Schwyzerörgeli, cello, and double bass—the instruments are familiar yet the combination is surprising: Evelyn and Kristina Brunner switch between their instruments with playful confidence, creating their own sound world, characterized by melodies and rhythms of diverse styles, sometimes melancholic, sometimes mischievous. The two musicians from the Bernese Oberland perform at national and international festivals as well as on stages large and small, captivating audiences with their warm and engaging stage presence. Their success stems from their musical intimacy, cultivated since childhood, and an impressive ease in their playing that creates a rare depth and sensitivity. This results in their original compositions, which evoke a touching atmosphere that consistently enthralls audiences and lingers long after the final note.
Tickets are CHF 30 per concert, CHF 20 for youths up to age 25, or CHF 50 / CHF 30 for attending two concerts on the same day.
