Hear & Now Music Festival Liestal — Tim Krohn

For four days, the seventh Hear & Now Festival in Liestal offers hand-picked concerts with special sonic moments at various locations—new this year with a performance fee! For the first time, concertgoers will receive a small payment for attending—inspired by Alex Capus' column "I Want to Become a Spectator." On February 5, everyone will receive CHF 10 for coming, with which new jobs in the cultural sector will be playfully created. Seating is strictly limited to 50 people per concert, so secure your tickets early and experience exquisite music in unique venues.
Opening night will be a literary and musical evening by, with, and for Tim Krohn. The musicality of his language, his captivating voice, the relaxed atmosphere of the evenings, in which he playfully improvises and engages with the audience's expectations and desires, has been legendary at least since Krohn's bestselling stage show "Vrenelis Gärtli," performed as a duo with bassist and singer Anna Trauffer. Now he's delving even deeper into his musical repertoire. In his solo show "Wes Kind ich bin" (Whose child I am), Krohn is making his long-awaited debut as a singer, lyricist, and composer of German and Swiss German songs and spoken word pieces. With both stylistic confidence and versatility, he sings and chats his way across the country and into the hearts of his audience.
Tickets are CHF 30 per concert, CHF 20 for youths up to age 25, or CHF 50 / CHF 30 for attending two concerts on the same day.
