“Empty Floor” explores the hidden universe of people affected by Alzheimer's disease. The six dancers embody feelings such as fear, love, and solidarity through flowing movements, falls, jumps, hugs, uncontrolled tics, and trusting gestures. The power of the performance lies in the exploration of the different aspects of this disease. By hinting at embarrassment and discomfort, they expose emotional anchors such as strength and joy.
