The Interfinity Festival offers a fascinating mix of high-caliber international and local artists in innovative and genre-crossing concerts. Over the past few years, it has become an established part of Basel’s annual musical calendar. With a lot of dedication, the organizers draw from the huge well of music and present a surprising palette of musical styles where composers, ensembles, professors, and musicians meet in the infinity of the musical universe. From Baroque, Classic, and Romanticism to contemporary music they are exploring with great curiosity the endless worlds of sound.
Interfinity invites you to a special concert evening with baritone Yannick Debus and the versatile conductor and pianist Jan Schultsz. Debus, who is considered a promising "rising star" of the young generation of singers, inspires with his impressive stage presence and musical versatility. His previous engagements have already taken him to major opera houses and concert stages in Europe. Schultsz, internationally recognized not only as a conductor but also as a sought-after pianist and song accompanist, will accompany Debus, his former student, in a program that highlights the special collaboration between the two artists. Following the concert, the Perron restaurant invites you to dinner to round off the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.
Tickets are CHF 25 for adults and CHF 15 for students, or CHF 89 / CHF 83 for the concert with dinner (three-course menu).
