Kids’ Theater in Park im Grünen — Ei, Ei, Pinqueen

Park im Grünen
Sun., 02 July until Sun., 13 August
14:00 | 16:00

For the six weeks of the school holidays, the children’s theater, Theater Arlecchino, is performing the play “Ei, Ei, Pinqueen” (Egg, egg, Pinqueen) at Park im Grünen..
The penguins Dango, Fishy, and Spooky live on the last ice floe in Antarctica. While Dango worries about global warming and what's next, Fishy and Spooky are unconcerned. They want one thing above all—to have fun! Antarctic researcher Einar researches and studies Antarctica with regard to global warming. From his many research trips he knows that there are still many witnesses of the time in the pack ice, for example eggs of pterosaurs. When Octo-Pussy, the squid, shows up and wants to take the pterodactyl egg into the shallows of the sea, things get exciting!
This adventurous penguin story is suitable for families with kids ages 4 and up. It will be presented twice daily (14:00 and 16:00) on Sunday through Friday in the Park im Grünen (Grün 80), except for the Swiss National Day on August 1. The performance will last 55 minutes without intermission, and you are free to come and go as you please. Shows will be cancelled in case of bad weather; confirm by checking the website after 12:00.
Admission is free and no reservation is required. There will be a collection after the show to benefit the actors.
