Klanglichter 2023 — Kaleidoscope

The concert series "Klanglichter" this season is called Kaleidoskop, which will present four varied concerts that focus on the diversity of musical expression. The inspiration comes from the word itself kaleidoscope comes from Greek and means to see beautiful shapes. String instruments are combined in various formations, in dialogue with flute or clarinet, with guitar, piano or even with the voice of an actor.
At this concert, well-known actor Charles Brauer, who lives in Böckten (BL), will read excerpts from the novella “Lenz” by Georg Büchner, which is considered the beginning of modern German prose. As a counterpoint to this literary presentation, Fabio Di Casola (clarinet), Wen-Sinn Yang (cello), and Adrian Oetiker (piano) present a trio by the little-known German composer Wilhelm Berger (1861-1911). Also on the program are several works by Max Bruch.
Tickets are CHF 38 for adults and CHF 23 for students.
