Leimentaler OpenAir Oberwil
Since the first edition of the Leimentaler OpenAir in 2003, every subsequent event has thrilled countless visitors to the Bruderholz in Oberwil. The open-air venue has been impressing for several years with its idyllic location in the Leimental and a sustainable concept—“Musik, Natur, Biologisch” (Music, nature, organic) is the motto. With a pop/dialect pop program that appeals not only to young people but also to adults and families, the Leimentaler OpenAir has become a popular festival in the region.
On Friday, the line-up of bands will play from 18:30-23:30, which will be followed by an afterparty with DJ Putney. On Saturday, doors open at 14:00. There will be a public viewing of the Hungary-Switzerland European Championship soccer game from 15:00-17:00 preceding the line-up of bands, who will play from 18:15-23:45. The afterparty with DJ Putney is expected to run until 03:00.
Tickets for Friday or Saturday are CHF 37 (CHF 22 for kids under age 16), 2-day pass are CHF 60 (CHF 38 for kids under age 16), and public viewing of the soccer game on Saturday is CHF 8 for adults and CHF 5 for kids under age 16.
