Miming, acrobatics, music, just a few words—Les Rois Vagabonds speak a universal language that enchants all generations and spontaneously turns the audience into accomplices in a series of poetic and comical situations. The two vagabonds move between their different disciplines with ease, poetry, and sophistication and show that the art of clowning goes far beyond what you think. Clowns are not actors. They are “poets in action,” as writer Henry Miller said. If they wear a red nose, a white mask, or extravagant clothing, it is primarily to reveal themselves better.
From Marseille to New Delhi, from Barcelona to Kyiv, from Quito to Buenos Aires—Les Rois Vagabonds have been traveling all over the world for 15 years. They are now finally coming Basel!
Tickets are CHF 28 for adults and CHF 18 for kids & students. The shows on November 24-26 and December 1-3 have not been confirmed yet; if applicable, tickets go on sale November 20.
