Linda Elys has fulfilled her dream of releasing her own songs with her debut single "House on Fire." The Swiss singer would never have imagined in her wildest dreams that the track would spark a never-ending wildfire in the Swiss music scene. Not only has the composition been streamed over 3 million times on Spotify, it also made it to number 1 in the Swiss airplay charts. This was followed by the EP "Maggie," an approachable and authentic debut with five stories taken from real life. "Homecoming" is about longing for lightheartedness, whereas “Hurry” addresses the guilty conscience that one feels towards others in stressful phases of life, who one neglects.
The title track "Maggie" is a biographical coming-of-age story that describes the development of Elys’ former self. With her powerful voice, she is able to convince with both heart-rending ballads and rousing uptempo pieces. With appearances on “The Voice of Germany” in 2021, Elys has prepared herself for future live performances of all sizes, which you can see for yourself in this concert in the dome!
