Look forward to the return of the Lörracher Weihnachtszirkus—Das Original! It is a Christmas circus gala at the highest level with world-class international artists, unique comedy, and noble animal training of the highest class! This year’s show will include an international show mix that is even bigger, more beautiful, and more spectacular than before, transforming the tried and tested festival site in Grütt into a mecca for the international circus world!
On this year’s exciting program will be the Duo Stipka who will present a breathtaking freestyle on the back of two horses—a unique and emotional “Pas de Deux” on horseback that received awards at the International Circus Festival in Monte Carlo! Added to this are a breathtaking balance routine on the Rola-Rola, spectacular aerial performances on the Washington trapeze, and world-class tempo juggling! The Giannuzzi Family promises pure thrills with spectacular roller-skating acrobatics with a routine that received numerous international circus festivals around the world. Also on the program are star clown Angelo from Portugal with an extraordinary performance, as well as the award-winning Marcel Krämer and his bison, the only bison dressage in the world. Running in pairs, running in opposite directions, lying down, and turning on the pedestal are just some of the tricks shown by the large and impressive animals. Many other highlights round off the 2-hour program. With the beautiful dancers from the in-house show ballet and one of the most modern lighting systems in Germany, the circus show will be a special experience for young and old.
