Dutch magician Rafael is a multiple winner of many prestigious magic awards, including the Audience and Jury Awards at the Monte Carlo Circus Festival and two-time Dutch Magic Champion. Expect his most amazing and exciting magic in a show that explores topics such as time travel, fate, the universe, and why we want to believe in magic. Using simple attributes, objects, and thoughts from the audience, Rafael performs a new kind of magic.
He effortlessly captivates the audience with his collection of wonderful curiosities and penetrates the darkest corners of their minds. Inspired by famous magicians from the Victorian era, his always elegant and humorous performance lets the audience touch the magic and escape reality for an hour. Rafael has been working as a magician full-time for ten years and has already appeared in numerous live performances throughout Europe and on television shows. He is also part of the ensemble of the Swiss dinner show “Clowns & Calories.” He wants to delight audiences with his debut solo show "Wunderbare Kuriositäten" (Wonderful Curiosities).
