“Mirabilia” transports children ages 2 and up into a colorful, sonorous world full of wonder and mystery. Inspired by Baroque cabinets of curiosities—collections of curious objects and precious things—the VRUM Performing Arts Collective creates a poetic experiential space centered on wonder, discovery, and sensory exploration. Accompanied by Baroque music by Bach and Handel, two performers move playfully through this space, creating clownish moments and tender encounters with the audience. Sound, light, and movement merge into an immersive dance theater that dispenses with words yet touches the audience. “Mirabilia” understands dance as a universal language that reaches even the youngest children. The piece invites empathy, shared experience, and shared wonder. A lovingly designed experience that combines artistic quality with childlike openness.
Tickets are CHF 25 for adults, CHF 10 for children up to age 12, CHF 15 for students, and CHF 38 for families with one adult and two children up to age 12.
