For the 4th edition of the Hear&Now Music Festival, Liestal will once again resound with music from classic to jazz, ambient to rocky, and from soft to loud, presented at various venues around town.
Both in jazz and in life, gaining independence is a long process. Stephanie Lottermoser's new album “IN-DEPENDENCE” is about striving for independence in all facets of life. Musically, she has claimed her space from the beginning and has long since found an independent and recognizable language. Stylistically, she remains true to herself with her groovy synthesis of jazz, soul, funk, and pop, developing herself and her sound in the best sense. The result are clear compositional lines, catchy melodies, emotional appeal, and a subtle virtuosity, far from academic sobriety and technical affinity.
Tickets are available at the evening box office, normally half an hour before concert start.
