The NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra is a Hamburg-based German radio orchestra, affiliated with the Norddeutscher Rundfunk. On this evening, under the baton of Alan Gilbert and with pianist Yefim Bronfman, the orchestra will be performing Sergei Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 3 in D minor, op. 30, and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4 in F minor, op. 36.
