A firework display of joie de vivre after difficult times—the Roaring Twenties stand for new beginnings, spirit, and musical exuberance. They celebrate life with style, verve, and a touch of nostalgia. Adding to the glamour is the exceptional young pianist Dominic Chamot, who has already won over 30 competition prizes and has captivated audiences from Berlin to the other side of the world. On this evening, the program will include Martin Pavane’s “Pour la Couleur du Temps,” George Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue,” Dmitri Shostakovich’s “Tahiti Trot,” and Kurt Weill’s “Happy End.”
