During the magical period between Christmas and New Year, this new festival called “Classic Stars A Capella” will bring heartwarming a capella singing to Basel for three days to enchant your soul during the longest evenings of the year. On each day there will be two or more sets of music.
In this concert, the Rheinstimmen sing of the light that comes into our darkness in masterpieces of vocal music by, among others, Kerensa Briggs, Anton Bruckner, June Collin, Joanna Forbes, Raitis Grigalis, Matej Kastelic, and Eric Whitacre. This concert will conclude with an open sing-along.
Tickets are CHF 30 for adults and CHF 15 for students and youths up to age 18. Day tickets that include the other concerts on this day are also available.
