The Junge Sinfoniker Basel and first symphony welcome the summer together with works by Georges Bizet, Carl Maria von Weber, Richard Wagner, Engelbert Humperdinck, Leonard Bernstein, and Damaso Perez. The event will take place in the inner courtyard of the Musik-Akademie Basel. In the event of bad weather, concerts will be moved into the Grossen Saal with the first symphony at 15:30 and the Junge Sinfoniker Basel at 18:30.
Entrance is free, but there will be a collection in support of the activity fund of the music school in Basel.
