The Basel English Panto Group joyfully presents "Sinbad the Sailor" for Christmas 2025! Dive into a classic English-language spectacle filled with melodious singing, captivating dancing, and playful humor suitable for everyone.
All aboard for Sinbad’s eighth voyage—his craziest yet! Expect belly-laughs, catchy tunes, outrageous costumes, and a sprinkling of magic as our daring sailor races to save the priceless Pearl of Peace. Seasoned panto fan? You’ll love the classic “oh yes he did!” moments. New to pantomime? Get ready to shout, sing and laugh till your sides ache—it’s the perfect family treat! The play by Alan P. Frayn is directed by Martin Spedding and Lara Jegge.
There will be six shows, including four evening shows and two matinées on Saturday and Sunday.
