The chamber music festival Planet Chamber Music, which was created as a digital festival during Covid-19 times, will be presented to a live audience for the first time in the form of a string quartet summit in the Don Bosco Basel music and culture center!
For the first set featuring a young quartet at 18:00, the Javus Quartett from Salzburg will be playing Fauré's String Quartet in E minor, op. 121, and Beethoven String Quartet in C minor, op. 18, 4.
In the second set featuring a master quartet at 20:00, the Quatuor Arod from Paris will be playing Haydn’s String Quartet in D major, op. 76, 5, and Beethoven’s String Quartet in C sharp minor, op. 131, 14.
Tickets are CHF 39-69 for adults and CHF 10 for youths up to age 18 and students.
