The Sinfonieorchester Basel and Gare du Nord invite you to a Sunday morning concert series entitled “Promenade Concerts.” This season, the internationally acclaimed Belcea Quartet, which can be heard in the world's most important concert halls, is once again a guest with two programs. In this concert, they will be playing Ludwing van Beethoven’s String Quartets No. 4 and No. 12. Beethoven’s string quartets are among the most important and influential works in the chamber music repertoire.
Before and after the concert, you can enjoy Sunday breakfast in the generous ambience of the Bar du Nord. Free childcare is available during the concert. Registration is required at least one week in advance to ainserra@garedunord.ch. Receipt of the email and the childcare offer will be confirmed in writing by the Gare du Nord.
Adult tickets are CHF 15-35 (your choice) and CHF 10 for members of Colourkey and children under age 12.
