The Concentus Chor Zürich, four soloists, and the Conductus Orchester present Mozart's Requiem in D minor, KV 626. The concert also includes performances of the Eidgenössisches Feldspiel, who will be dressed in the ceremonial uniform of the "Cent-Suisses" (ca. 1690) and will perform works by Lully, Rousseau, Philidor, Montéclaire, etc., as well as historic Swiss melodies from the 17th century Ordonnance. In a joint performance, the Concentus Choir Zurich and the Swiss Fieldspiel Ensemble present the "Diligam te Domine" from the "Missa Wettingensis" by P.A.Zwyssig. The three-part arrangement of the pipers was written by Donat Maron (Musical Director of the Concentus Chor Zürich), the drum parts by Oliver Fischer (Musical Director of the Eidgenössisches Feldspiel).
Tickets are CHF 40-60 for adults and half price for students.
