Founded in 1994 as a one-man company, Ruf Records provided the initial spark for the spectacular comeback of Chicago blues musician Luther Allison at the beginning of its history. Today, the Germany-based label is one of the most influential players in the international blues scene. Ruf has now released hundreds of albums with dozens of top-class blues acts and has served as a career springboard for many of today's most successful artists. Now it's time to celebrate the label's 30th birthday with a superlative concert tour with headliner Bernard Allison, the young talent Ally Venable, and Katie Henry as the "warm-up."
