The three musicians Aurea Marston (soprano), Johanna Lamprecht (viola), and Cornelia Lenzin (piano) discover well-known and unknown chamber music works from the English-speaking world in their program “September Songs.”
The special connection between the vocal and instrumental timbres of this chamber music ensemble led them to a diverse concert program of English-language music of the late Romantic period and the late 20th century. It includes works by the well-known British composers Ralph Vaughan Williams and Frank Bridge, but the performers also discover lesser-known works by the unjustly little-known British composer and violist Rebecca Clarke and the British composer Roger Quilter.
Tickets are CHF 30 for adults and CHF 20 for students.
