Sinfonieorchester Frankfurt — Beethoven
Since its beginnings in 2019, when it was formed by alumni of the prestigious Frankfurter Musikhochschule, the Frankfurt Symphony Orchestra has developed a cultivated sound culture—the warm, creamy string sound of the legendary Eastern European string school is mixed with the traditional Western European wind school and ensures an unmistakable sound. The orchestra’s wide-ranging repertoire, which ranges from the baroque to the modern and from chamber music to large symphonies, has made it one of the most sought-after ensembles within a very short time. The orchestra also crosses genre boundaries and dares exciting experiments beyond classical music—projects with rock musicians, electronic music, jazz, and various crossover projects are on the orchestra's agenda. For this concert, they will be performing Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6 (Pastorale) and his Violin Concerto in D major.
Tickets are CHF 56.90-117.50.
