It is with great pleasure that cellist Sol Gabetta, organizer of the Solsberg Festival, invites you to celebrate the 20th anniversary of this music festival. From June 26 to July 6, unique, sacred Baroque spaces on the Upper Rhein will once again be transformed into places of inspiration and musical togetherness. The festival remains true to its philosophy and continues to stand for high musical quality and an intimate atmosphere with a focus on chamber music. Musical highlights include performances by loyal companions and true "all-stars" of the festival.
As part of the Solsberg Festival Young Artists, this concert will feature multi-percussioninst Vivi Vassileva and guitarist Lucas Campara Diniz. "Vivi Vassileva's performance sweeps the audience off their feet," wrote the Donaukurier. Look forward to captivating rhythms, expressive gestures and facial expressions, and pure energy—a complete experience! They will play works by Marco Pereira, Christian Jost, Leo Brouwer, David Lang, Gregor A. Mayrhofer, Sérgio Assad, Avner Dorman, and Astor Piazzolla.
Tickets are CHF 19-49 for adults, half price for students, and CHF 15 for kids under age 16.
